Can it be purchased in person?

Not currently, we only sell in our online store.

 

What are the payment methods?

We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed, regardless of the lead time on your piece.

Please note we can only accept one form of payment. Payments cannot be split across multiple credit cards.

 

Is it safe to buy from your online store?

Yes, at Amanda’s Jewelry, we 100% respect your right to data protection, for this reason, we use the highest levels of security to protect your personal and payment data. All your information is encrypted using the best protection system. Please do not share your username or password that identifies you on our website, as they are access to your account and all your personal information.

 

How to use my Discount code?

Discounts can be applied to your order during checkout using any discount code provided to you. Discounts are only valid on specific items and for set time periods.

We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order placed before the Discount Code was valid. We can add a Discount Code to an order where you forgot to enter the code if it is the same day of purchase. Discount codes cannot be combined and do not apply to gift cards.

 

When is my order shipped?

LEAD TIME

Some items may be in stock and available to ship 2-3 business days. If the item is not in stock, please allow 2-7 weeks for production and delivery.

Please note that many of our products are made to order.

Once an item ships, it should arrive in 2-3 business days within the United States, and 5-10 business days internationally.
