WARRANTY DETAILS

Your order number is required for all warranty service. We agree to repair or replace any items which we deem to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect. This warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical or accidental abuse, loss (including loss of stones) and theft. Repair, sizing or service performed by anyone other than Amanda's Jewelry will immediately void the warranty.

What are the payment methods?

We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed, regardless of the lead time on your piece.

Please note we can only accept one form of payment. Payments cannot be split across multiple credit cards.

How to use my Discount code?

Discounts can be applied to your order during checkout using any discount code provided to you. Discounts are only valid on specific items and for set time periods.

We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order placed before the Discount Code was valid. We can add a Discount Code to an order where you forgot to enter the code if it is the same day of purchase. Discount codes cannot be combined and do not apply to gift cards.

LEAD TIME

Some items may be in stock and available to ship 2-3 business days. If the item is not in stock, please allow 2-7 weeks for production and delivery.

To measure your ring size, wrap a piece of string or paper around the base of your finger. Mark the point where the string or paper overlaps and measure the length against a ruler. Refer to the chart above to find your corresponding ring size.

Please note that this sizing chart is a general guide and may not be 100% accurate for everyone. Factors such as temperature, humidity, and individual finger shape can affect the fit of a ring. If you are unsure about your ring size, we recommend visiting a jeweler for a professional measurement.

BRACELET/BANGLE SIZES

Because fine jewelry is delicate, it needs to be treated with care. Please adhere to the following care guidelines to prolong the life of your jewelry:

• Before doing your regular activities, such as taking a shower, putting on lotion or perfume, working out, doing the dishes, etc., take off your jewelry.
• To prevent tangling and/or scratching, lay your jewelry out flat on a cloth surface before going to bed.
• Use a soft toothbrush and dish soap to gently scrub the metal and diamonds in your jewelry to make it clean. An ultrasonic cleaner is not something we recommend.
• Avoid using chemicals, abrasives, or solvents to clean semi-precious gemstones or pearls.
